The fourth consecutive seminar on new trends in research of energetic materials is intended to be a meeting of young research and development workers (including students and university teachers) from the field of research, development, processing, analyzing, and use of energetic materials. It is aimed not only at the exchange of professional information but also at enabling personal contacts between the specialists of all the world.

The seminar is held under sponsorship of Assoc. Prof. Miroslav Ludwig, PhD., rector of the University of Pardubice.

The organization arrangement of the seminar is provided by the Department of Theory & Technology of Explosives, University of Pardubice, in cooperation with companies according to the title list.

English will be the official working language.

The expenses, connecting with participation at the seminar, are covered by the participants. Registration fee will not be charged Proceedings of the presented contributions will be prepared by the organizers of the seminar by the date of its opening; price of the proceedings will be about of 170, -CZK (i.e. ~ $6,-).  The organizers will reserve lodgings/accommodation according to requirements of the registered participants.

The persons interested are asked to send their registrations till November 30^th, 2000 at the latest, including the title of the contribution/paper. Full papers (also in electronic version – Word 95 or 97) should be send until Feb. 20^th, 2001. Detailed program of the seminar will be send to the registered persons by March 20^th, 2001.
