A major way that the Society meets its goal of facilitating the exchange of information concerning the science and technology of energetic materials is through the sponsoring and/or sanctioning of Seminars. The following provides detailed information on Society sanctioned Seminars scheduled to occur in the near future. 33^rd International Pyrotechnics Seminar
The 33^rd International Pyrotechnics Seminar was organized in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA. July 16-21, 2006. This was a very successful meeting. The Frank Carver Bursary was awarded to Dr. Ernst-Christian Koch.

Workshops on Pyrotechnic Combustion Mechanisms
The last three years a Workshop on Pyrotechnics Combustion Mechanisms has been scheduled on the Saturday prior to the International Pyrotechnics Seminar. These Workshops focus on the combustion of pyrotechnic materials and new materials. The Workshops are typically held in the same hotel that the Seminar is scheduled and requires a separate registration and fee. Please click for additional information on Workshop.
